Tukums library is a municipal cultural, educational and informational institution. The library accumulates, systematizes, catalogs, bibliographs and stores printed works, electronic editions and other documents, as well as provides availability and use of the information to inhabitants.
Tukums library offers to the city inhabitants more than 73,313 printed works, periodical editions of 101 names, free of charge access to the Internet, bibliographical and full-text data bases that are created by the library and subscribed.
